Mr. Alberto J. Giménez, PROMMA REALTY’s President has been working in real estate/property management for more than eight years. Mr. Giménez is a Puerto Rico Real Estate Broker, license # 12359, a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), a national trainer of COS and a Certified Manager of Housing (CMH) as well as an active individual member of the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), industry organizations of housing and community management and development officials throughout the United States who administer housing and urban development programs and help develop national housing policy and programs. Mr. Giménez also has thorough knowledge of federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations for the management and supervision of subsidized housing communities.
Mr. Giménez has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rutgers University in New Jersey and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland.
Beverly Santos Cortés, a Puerto Rico Real Estate Broker, license # 11734, serves as PROMMA REALTY’s Vice-President/CFO. She has a strong background in accounting, finance and field operations. Mrs. Santos’ experience encompasses over twenty-five (25) years as a senior executive responsible for the full accounting cycle, tax and financial reporting for international and local (Puerto Rico) business venues. Under her leadership, control systems have been established saving millions of dollars while achieving efficiency. An accomplished trainer in the Total Quality Management philosophy, she has been instrumental in the expansion of several retail and manufacturing operations through team building. She is also responsible for taking action to reduce costs and establish control measures while expanding sales revenues, managing and structuring budgets, among many other achievements.
Mrs. Santos brings to PROMMA REALTY hands-on, problem-solving experience, skills and experience in growing businesses, the know-how of a training and motivational expert, managing costs and controlling expenses. She holds a Bachelor’s degree on Business Administration (BA), Major in Accounting, from the University of Puerto Rico. |
